How much will it cost to ship my order?
If Your Order is above the value of 100€, then no shipping charges will applied. Otherwise, standard delivery charges will applied. Standard Delivery charges per order among the whole Europe are 10€.
How long will my order take to ship?
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within three day. Delivery Time: 10–15 Business Days (Shipped from our global warehouse).
How much sales tax will I need to pay?
Prices on “lumiobody.shop” includes “VAT” for all deliveries to the EU countries and United Kingdom
Will I have to pay any custom or duty fees on my order?
Please be aware that orders made outside the USA, Australia, EU countries, United Kingdom, Turkey and Mexico may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As LUMIOBODY has no control over these charges, you must bear the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.

Will my credit card information be stored?
To safeguard your security, LumioBody does not store any credit card details. If you are uncomfortable with providing your credit card details online, please fill in the Help Desk form and we will offer an alternative payment method.
Online purchases will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed the availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.
